Hi Can anyone help me with December 2008 exams am stuck on Section 2.
Task 2.1 (b)
I've looked at the answers but don't understand, what is the differential and where does the 50,000 hours come from.
Will the exams be the same layout as this one or June 2009 which is easier.
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!

Just had a look and I think it is....
The differential is the difference between the two amounts in the table and the 50,000 is the difference between the sales levels.
EG, For materials (125,000- 100,000)/(250,000-200,000) = 0.50
