Hi everyone. That's me back and recovering from my Knee Operation just to let you know.

    It was agony! I had crutches but off them now and came back to work yesterday. It is still sore but I guess it will take time. I never expected it to be as swollen as it was for the first week but luckily it has gone down a lot. Physio says to keep taking the pills so thats what I am doing!
