Hi, has any-one who is a small self employed business registered for this, or are we ok because the AAT is a supervisory body??

As an MIP you have to inform AAT that you want them to be your supervisory body and pay them a nice fee for the privelege!

So am I right in taking this as meaning that any-one that works in a/cs for themselves has to do this? Do you know how much the fee is? Thanks by the way for answering.

The following link may help you with back ground on what you have to have in this respect

    http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/mlr/getstarted/register/who.htm

The AAT charge approx £80 on top of MIP fees for this :(
