Take Total Production cost 4316219
Add up increase 85800
revised Budget 4402019
Therefore Revise budget 4402019
Divde by Number of sealable 467500
= 9.23

The increase came from additional cost per test which is 0.66/Capacity rate
you would find numbers of sealable figure on task 1.2 b

I did Dec-08,last night didn't go too bad. I got a bit stuck in task 1.3 (revised) tried to see the logic????

Capacity Rate???? I will have to have a read on this again?????
