Hi
Can anyone explain on this question why when we calculate the faulty production we do it as 24800 x 4%= 992, as opposed to the start of the question which is calculated as
20736 x 4/96 = 864?
Also when we calculate the labour hours on 1.3 b, why is it that we start with the production calculated before the faulty goods instead of after? Sorry if I'm talking rubbish.
Thanks
