Don't mean to scare anyone, you probably already know but our tutor in college says there is a new chief examiner this year. Not sure when he started but does anyone know if this is why the PEV exam was so different in June?
I'm hoping there wont be too many nasty surprises in the DFS exam next week.

Something else to worry about ....0

You really don't need to worry about a new examiner as long you've read the guidelines for the unit and covered everything it says will be assessed you'll be fine.0

Hi,
I went to Sandy Hood's revision day for Mac on Sunday.
He said the December 09 Mac and Pev papers have been written by Cliff Floyd who's been the Chief Assessor since 2006.
Maybe a change is on the cards for next year but not for next week's paper's.
Phew

However, if you're a system-player that bases his/ her preparation heavily on past papers, then maybe you do need to worry! lol. I don't really know, but just a thought...0 -
Did he write last years paper also?0

it shouldnt matter as papers are set a while in advance and its still testing the same content

Please be careful with these posts with a short time before exams.
You could worry a lot of candidates.
PCR will be examined for the third time by Tony Stevens.
June 2009 should be a good practice paper for section 1 and Dec 08 should be good preparation for section 2Sandy
