Has anyone done question 1.6, really struggling to understand the process account.

Have;
Dr Wages control £5,000
Dr Depreciation £7,000
Dr Premises costs £4,000

I have calculated;
overheads absorbed £18,000 (was thinking Cr work in progress)
budgeted overheads £15,000
over absorbed £ 3,000 (was thinking Dr profit and loss)

I cannot get it to balance, maybe I have calculated my overheads wrong.
