Hi could some one please tel me how to work out stepped costs urgh i keep getting it wrong

Stepped costs are costs that are fixed until a certain level of output and then the costs increase again.. things like Warehouse storage, it can only hold X amount of units until it is full, then you would need to buy/rent a new one.
Yes you flex the budget to actual so that you can compare the costs for the same amount of outputs.
