I am going to send the 64-8 form anyway. There is afield to fill Agent's code but obviously dont have any of them yet so what then? Just send it as it is?

Thats' what I initially did,
I then rang up about the client a month later and said, "I don't suppose you have a note of my agent ref number there do you?" Luckily they did
