I don't agree that cost, I make the original cost £20,000 - does anyone else agree?
I calculated that as 100k multiplied by (120/(120+480)).
Therefore the unindexed gain is £100K, this is presuming the 480k is the value of the rest of the land not the value of the whole land.0 -
plus its a part disposal so dont you have to take that in to afect??? or anyone else explane it for me???0

is it selling price/selling + new valued figure
so 120,000 proceeds
cost 0.2?0 -
