Hi everyone
Although this is my first post on the AAT discussion forums, I have just sat (yesterday) my last exam - DFS at Technician Level - fingers crossed I have passed
I wanted to note in my first post a big thank you to all of the regular users (don't want to name as will probably miss out important ones!) who offer valuable advice for everyone to see and use. I believe there are many AAT students who although may not be a user, use the forums as an excellent place for picking up tips, advice and other information for their studies.
Thanks again,
Glasgow Girl.

They certainly are - what stage are you at?
Julie and Sam are great. I am thinking of going onto ACCA but it would not be them that will be the tutors. I am sure the other tutors are also good, but would miss Julie and Sam

Just sat PEV & PCR, have 2 final Technicians to complete.
Aye good laugh! Will be missed :P
I'll hopefully be going onto ICAS next year...:)
E/ do you work in accounts in Glasgow?0 -
I sat PEV and PCR last December - were horrible! Thank goodness I passed them, thought at time I didn't.
I work as Finance Manager in a Recruitment Agency in Glasgow city centre.
Why have you chosen ICAS - I am debating between CIMA and ACCA but open to other options.

I work in Practice (chartered accountants office), and ICAS just seems the next logical step0
