Just wana know that do we just only need to analyse only one area in organisation or just include all areas which need managing ...... thankx

Depends. You certainly do not need to take on all of the areas of concern within the business but if you decided to take on a biggie (EG the whole payroll system revamp) then that would be more than enough to do a 3 to 4 thousand word essay on. If you were to take on a smaller area of concern then you may need to concentrate on 2 or 3 of those areas to pad out your project enough.
Remember that your words do not include anything that goes in the appendices etc so you may have many more pages/words than the total they state.
