Task 1.3 Stuck on re-apportionment of Warehouse & Stores costs (785,960). Cannot see where it says to apportion these. Is it to do with the expected issues. Any help much appreciated.

hi

what i did was:

they gave us 25m and 16m which was expected...so what i did was add them togeher =41m

then 25/41 and 16/41 this gave me about 60% and 40% roughly so that is how apportioned the 785960


hope that helps not sure if it is correct or not though

It's actually 25.2/42 & 16.8/42 (Since the actual figures were £25.2m & £16.8m, which together make £42m) which are exactly 60% & 40%. Otherwise you are right.

yeah i put the whole numbers as i couldnt remember the exact figures but basically thats what i did
