Hi There, Any help appreciated. I am coming to the end of the Advanced Certificate and am heading towards the home study diploma for Level 4.
The exams I have to take are:- Units 10, 17, 33, 11, 18 & 19.
Anybody recommend an order of preference or an easier unit to ease me in gently?!?!?
Thanks

I just posted a message about this before I read your post. I too am about to start Diploma Level. What is Unit 10? Also I see you have put Units 17, 18 and 19 we only need to do two out of the three and it is entirely your choice which two you take. I am going to attempt Units 18 & 190 -
Hi Jewels Unit 10 the report sorry tried finding the info on it but it seems the sites having problems if you have a look in search on AAT site there ia a e-learning post all about it0

i just did
dfs and btc (both exams dec 09)
now doing unit 10 and 17 (think that the number - its audit anyway - i did this over PTC) aiming to complete all by mid feb
will do mac in june exams
if you have done advanced cert you will be on diploma pathway so i would def recommend dfs as first exam as there are a few things that overlap with unit 150 -
Thanks for advice everyone it helps to know what others have done.0

I did mine the NVQ way and did:
PEV & PCR¹ in December 2006
DFS, PTC & BTC in May/June 2007
¹ But you'd do MAC instead of PEV and PCR0 -

I too did the NVQ route. My college follows the same order every year.
Dec 2008 - DFS
Nov-Jan - Audit and Cash Flow (can't remember the Units)
Jun 2009 - PCR/PEV
If you do PTC and BTC it is
Dec 2008 - DFS/PTC
Jun 2009 - PCR/PEV/BTC
So, if start in Jan and you replace PCR/PEV with MAC you'll end up with something like this:
Jun 2010 - DFS/PTC
Dec 2010 - MAC/BTC
Then fit in the auditing (This can be done in a few days if you put in the work) and the unit 10 around it.0 -
We get out PCR & unit out of the way by December, then all the rest - our tutor says that otherwise the unit 10 gets dragged out too much.0
