mine was changing the current system of cash payments to direct debit payments.
Really easy once you get going.

Congratulations, I think a lot of people spend too much time worrying about it and not doing it.
Once you get going is the key point there, the report writing has a momentum don't you think? You start off thinking "What do i write?!" and end up thinking "Am I going to go to far over the word count?!".0
