Hi,

Just a quick question, I have done one of my clients self assessment online on HMRC website, when I get to the end of it I want to view or save the file as PDF. But when i click on it and follow instructions nothing seem to happen, I can view it as html, but I was hoping to save it as PDF and print it as it looks neater.

Any help will be appreciated.

Not sure if this will solve the problem but maybe.

On the menu bar select Tools then Internet options. Select the Advanced tab and scroll down a huge list of tick boxes. When you get to the Security heading make sure the box "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" is ticked. Then OK and come out. Now try the tax return again.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.
