Unit 10 - MSP helpp!!

Hi All, i have nearly completed my MSP project and the only thing outstanding is the background knowledge questions.

I am a bit unsure of the meaning of this and be grateful if someone can help explain what this means.

1) Identify the major external regulations affecting accounting practice.

Not sure if tis what you are looking for as it was a couple of years ago that I did my unit 10 but the external regulations that come to mind are:-

Money Laundering Regulations.

Practise rules and guidlines issued by their governing body (ICAEW)

Accounting standards
