Business plan for Accountancy practice

Hi,
Maybe someone has a copy of a busines plan? I need one to apply for premises for an office from Council. I started it myself, but strugling. I would use help.

    Palo Alto Software has a software to set up a business plan via a step by step plan. I think that you can download a free demo version, where you can make 10 or so to test it out. It might pay to have a look at that. It has a few examples listed per section as to give you an idea what to fill in.

    Not sure if that helps a lot.
