Lottery Commission in shops?

Has anyone come across these while doing a shops books?

Do you know if there is any vat implications? and what is the commission?

    Hi,

    Yes I have come across this.

    Camelot send out self billed invoices to the retailer in respect to the commission that is 'exempt' for VAT.

    I do not know what the percentages are for the commission but I have provided posting instructions to clients in the past to enable them to process the VAT correctly.
