Found out my very physically fit brother in-law who is in canada snowboarding had a few chest pains went to a walk in centre and was told was having a heart attack aparently had cought a cold on the flight and it went to his heart but as of 10pm last night was sat up in bed talking and everything phew
Hope he makes a full recovery soon

I thought about booking an ATT exam.
That's interesting, as I'd mostly given up on doing it. However for some reason I now fancy it. Go figure!!

Definately not, after the 4 course dinners we've consumed in the lake district this week we'll be having a very healthy low fat chicken stir fry
