We are changing an area in work from a stock room to a reception area.....
This is including a small amount of alteration work...A partion being built and replastering work.....Could this be capatalised with depreciation or classeD as repairs and renewals...
a new ceiling, heating and lighting and frontage is also happening but I know how to treat these it is just the building work that I am unsure on.
I have looked into the Inland revenue's take on this and nothing is written in stone...
Could anyone advise asap please as I have the invoice on fornt of me ready to put into the accounts.
Thank you
