Hello everybody,

Can anyone possibly help with this annoying problem? I have a client who has Sage Instant Accounts 09 which I use at his office to do his book-keeping. I put all his November transactions on last week, matched them on the bank rec screen, but when I tried to hit Reconcile, nothing happened. The little blue circle kept turning and turning, and after a few minutes the title said Bank Rec: Not responding. I exited, returned, and it had saved my work, but still would not reconcile. Does anyone have any idea why this might have happened, and how I can get it to reconcile? (There was a zero balance, by the way). Obviously I can't put the December transactions on until this is sorted, which is a problem as I need to complete the year.
