Hello,
can someone tell me am i legally allowed to do contracting accountancy work being part AAT qualified and then getting accounts signed off from a fully qualified accountant.

As long as the work you are doing is within your capabilities and you have a qualified accountant reviewing and signing off your work, there is no problem. Just remember to inform the revenue that you are self employed. Would be worth checking with the accountant if you are covered by their PI insurance.0
