Is anyone else getting bothered by weird pms from ForumsAdministrator? How can I get rid?

    Yes!
    You can try blocking PM from them, although they do change the name slightly. The real PA's are aware, although it is still happening. I've noticed activity at the weekend when I presume nothing can be done till Monday!
