Hi,

I have run year end in Sage but forgotten to print off Decembers reports.

Is there any way that I can print off last years reports trial balance, p & l for December and year.

Many Thanks

Did you take a backup before you ran year end?

If so you can upload the backup and run the reports

    Yeah I did,

I have never restored a back up, will this mean I will lose all of the work I have done since?

If so should I take another back up now, run the old back up to get the information and then run todays back up to restore everything?

    Thanks

We have started taking daily back ups now.

AVic - If I restore the last years data and get the reports. Then restore todays back ups, will it be like nothing has changed?

    Thanks

well give it a different name when you back up like i do two back ups when i run off vat for the quater pre reconcile and after (long story) but it means it wont over right stuff you have done. Not sure you get what i mean maybe someone else could explane it differently.

Basically am saying you can name a backup what ever you like

First back up today where your upto

    To restore a back up

    1 file
    2 restore
    3 Browse
4 Look for the file you did latest before you ran year end (id try yesterdays back up say if you ran year end today)

Otherwise am not sure if you can reverse anything else
