Sage and Customer Statements

Hello

I hope some one can help.

I am trying to print out customer Statements. After highlighting a customer and press the statement button a screen apears blank and when i press generate report an information field come up with No files to return.
But the costumer bought a service from us .

    Hi,

    Did you post the update to the ledgers following the creation of an invoice? if not it wont show up

    I think it would be easier to click on the customer then clicking reports. Then you can choose the report of your choice, e.g unpaid invoices etc and then that should bring it up.
