If the Accounts of small limited co are to be submitted to HMRC and are for the long accounting period , That is 16 month. Therefore the chargable accounting period are two one for 12 months and the other for 4 months.
Do we need to send two sets of accounts to HMRC for the first CAP and second CAP or just one sets of accounts for 16 months with CT600 form. and two corporation tax computation.
Your advice in the matter will be highly appreciated.
