The instructions I'm following for using Simply Books (for Unit 31 of the AAT diploma) say 'Examine the Bank Statement and select any items that appear on the statement, when highlighted click on the 'Move to statement' button. It then says 'Only move items that appear on the bank statement AND the bank account'.
I'm a bit confused by this, it seems to suggest that you should move items to the statement when they're already there! Can anyone help please?
