Can someone just confirm this for me. Is Equity the total of Ordinary Share Capital, Share Premium and Retained Earnings? Does any other figure get included in this?

    i am not 100% but i think you are correct and if there is any general reserve or revaluation reserve that is also included.

    Yep, I can't think of anything on top of what's also been mentioned. From the info provided I assume the OP refers to Ltd Cos.
