I have been asked to sort end of year accounts for an "after school club" which is a social enterprise company. Any know any more about this term?

I act for a few social enterprises. Seems a bit overkill for an after school club though?
Not much difference accounting wise, depends on the constitution. Some are set up as companies limited by guarantee, some as community interest companies, some unincorporated.
You can usually treat them the same as any other non-profit making body. CICs have their own reporting rules that are slightly different but nothing too onerous.0 -
Thanks for your help. I will have a chat with the lady.0
