My statement of achievement says that I have to do 4 core units?!?

I'm doing Diploma level and when I started I choosed to do MAC,DFS, BTC + IAP and the project.

Now I have just checked my statement and it says:

"To complete the Diploma level you need to complete 4 core units and 2 optional units"

that's means I have to do PTC??
