can someone help me by telling me if i am asked for payroll skills/experience, how can i obtain that experience to prove it

is there a software available which calculate the NIC,Income tax itself or will we have to do it ourselves

does Sage Payroll doe that for you?

I would also like to ask you how can i prove my bank reconciliation as well as cash book experience?
