Legal permission to use pictures

Hi
My client is running a beauty business and wants to take before & after pictures and then use these in her advertising.
I assume that she'd have to get legal permission to use these pictures.
Does anyone have a source for template letters for this kind of thing?
Thanks

Hi
Generally in UK law pictures are the property of the photographer, even if the photographer is comissioned by a client the photographs remain the property of the photographer for said photographer to use as they wish - though of course there could be something in a contract/terms and conditions that says they can/cannot be used for certain purposes.
If "models" give their permision for such photography, there shouldnt be a problem with her using the pics.
