Thought start a new thread on a Sunday!
AAT guidelines apply to aat mips.
Should there be or is there an agreed protocol between the aat and the rest to follow for "Changes in a professional appointment" requested by an aat mip.
I don't mean the mechanics of writing a letter to the previous accountant etc.
I mean agreed protocol.

There is no agreed protocol as far as I am aware, but all the main professional bodies discuss the course of action to take in their own ethical guidance, as does the AAT.0
