Hi Everyone.

I have to produce a first quarter pack for management tomorrow and this is the problem I am having.

I run the P&L from Jan to March and that period is fine, BUT the year to date figure does not include April sales? The year to date figures are just a copy of the first quarters figures?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Once you have run your 1 quarter report, go back to the period field and put Jan to April as the specified period. This will then include April figures to date.

It will not include April figures unless you tell it to include them.
