Well first draft submitted went well but have been asked to include the above looked on google but am a little confused what i need to ad please can anyone tell me what is ment to be included in this.

When I did mine I did a line for each main point in the report, so it amounted to about 10 lines in total. Its so management can read what the report is about and get an idea without having to read the body and then they can skip to the conclusion and get an outline of the whole thing without having to read any of it.
