Does anybody have any experience of the above?
Company A went into administration and made everybody except a few redundant without any consulatation with the director. The assets were then sold and then Company A went into liquidation.
The liquidator has allowed a claim from Company Z (non preferential creditor) that is not due and was being dealt with by solicitors. This was awaiting a reply from Company Z's solicitors. This related to a situation 5 years before the liquidation and was not in the audited accounts.
I am also a debtor for unpaid salary.
Does anybody have any experience of how to get this addressed?
