I can see by all past DFS papers that the statement of financial position is set out as:
non-current assets
current assets
current liabilities
non-current liabilities
Equity
I have been told by my tutor that the layout has changed for the future starting from the June exams, he said the order in which things are set out has changed.
He gave us a new template and it is set out as:
non-current assets
current assets
equity
non-current liabilities
current liabilities
Can anyone give me any information as to which way will be used as im really struggling to get ready for the 3 exams i am sitting in June and dont feel like i can pass any of them without the added stress of changes to the way i have been learning...
Thanks

It used to be Assets- Liabilities = Equity but is now Assets = Equity + Liabilities.
