I've just started looking at moving on to ACCA, I have managed to find out what I am exempt from but cannot find any advice on courses.
Does anyone know of any colleges that offer a good distance learning course as I know none of my local colleges run ACCA courses.
Thank you.

    ACCA - Correspondence courses

I have been doing the ACCA using the online study facility shown on the ACCA website. The study texts seem to be alright and there are examples of calculations as you go along but I have only been working through the chapters so I can't tell you how good the revision side is. The advantage is that I can study when I want and don't fall asleep as I do every time I try to read hard copy of a study book.

    ACCA - Correspondence courses

    Hi

A previous colleague was studying for ACCA and used to just buy the books and study from them without tutor support, my boss did the same for some of his CIMA papers.

Neil

    ACCA - Correspondence courses

    Hi,

I'm studying towards ACCA at the moment and I do taught courses etc. through BPP. I think they offer home study courses as well.

I've never tried their home study courses because my employer funds my taught courses and study material, but if they are as good as the rest of their product range they should be pretty good.

Their website is www.bpp.com if you want more details.

Good luck with ACCA!
