'Other Income' question please

Hiya
During the last financial year we bought a van and we rent it to one of our subcontractors. We have an income, maintenance costs and show a profit on it.
Where shall I show this in my annual accounts? Should I be showing it as 'other recognisable gains and losses' and if so, what do I then do with it on my CT calc?
