PAYE CD Rom for P11d - Help

Hi

I have just put a new client and one employee onto the data base for the HMR&C cd rom to enable me to create a P11d.

I created the P11d using the form fill with save option. I then went on to convert into pfd at the end of the process and the following message came up.

"Internal Error / Invalid XML / executeMethod
Call to method (createP11DForm) failed. Are you sending in the required number of <value> arguments inside <arguments>, and are they of the correct type/value?
Arguments passed - [1, 1, 1]

No records could be found for this employee in the 2009/10 taxyear."

The final line is correct since it they are new.

Any one else had this and know what I have to do, help please
