Hi

As the layout of this has now changed from Assets - Liabilities = Equity, to Assets = Equity & Liabilities, should the figures used in the liabilities section still be shown in brackets? As this will be the first time this pro forma is used, I cannot compare to a past paper.

Thanks in advance

Rachel

    Hello,

I would show the Equity and Liabilities as postive figures (no brackets)

Thats good to know as I have been putting brackets in when doing it. I wonder if you would get penalised for doing this in the exam?
