If you build a new grainstore for a farming business, costing circa £400,000 - £500,000, does it qualify as an Industrial Building for IBA?
Are there any requirements about whether it needs to be a permanent structure or can be removable for IBA purposes?
There are no offices/staff facilities within the structure, it is purely for processing/storing grain.
