I thought I just post this bit of info from the HMRC website, as it was a tricky part of the PTC June 2010 exam paper.

I understand that once all conditions in Section 250 have been satisfied, then yes.
However, did AAT specify if those training courses were work-related?
Honestly, I cant remember now.
Lets wait for the papers to come out.0 -
Yes it did say work-related I remember that. I included it as an allowable expense instead of not including it as it was exempt! Duh0
