Work Experience for AAT membership?

Can you use voluntary work as experience for full membership? I am treasurer for a local Air Cadets which takes me a minimum of 3 hours a week to process thier accounts and was wondering if I could start using this towards my AAT 1 years experience.

I don't see why not. I was never asked if my experience was paid or not?!

You can but it would take you about 600 years to get the equivalent of one years work if this was your only work experience.

but it could be used towards any other experience, every little helps

Thanks everyone. Yes I know it would take ages if just using that but i'm trying my hardest to also get further work experience so that I don't forget everything i've done and just thought that every little thing would help?
