Guideliness and Advise on Unit 10

in AAT Level 4 (Level 8 in Scotland)
I want to do unit 10 without buying course from learning provider.
Can someone advise would it be possible just buying the studyng material to do the project on my own? If so, which sudy textbooks are recommendable?
Would really appreciate your advise!

    Ayna unfortunatley i dont think this is possible as you need to have to assessed and signed off by either a college or learning provider

    Ayna, I have the same problem, I haven't yet signed up with a learning provider for Technician, but I want to get a head start with Unit 10, so I have downloaded all the information I can find on the AAT website and spoken to past students. I have also purchased a second hand text book for this Unit and am so far making good progress. Hopefully i will sign up with my local college ready for September, otherwise you could use a distance learning provider and just purchase the one Unit?
