please someone tell me where do i get the figure for the net cash from operating activities from on the statement of cash flows for the year end?
do i need to do the reconciliation of profit from operations to net cash flow from operating activites first to get the net cash from operating activites, then doing the cash flow for the year end after??

You basically answered your own question. So yes, you calculate the net cash flow from operations in a reconciliation from the operating profit from the current year and that is the figure you use in the cash flow statement.0
