I have been approached by a local playgroup that is registered with the charity commission.
1/.The income is around 50k per annum some funding from local councils.
2/.They are registered with HMRC for PAYE; should they be registered as a non profit making body for corporation tax purposes as a company limited by guarantee.
your help would be appreciated,
thanks,
Paul.
