it is a whole question and relates to the Professional Ethics Unit....

your links are about the Financial Responsibility, but

what about;

"what is meant by 'without financial responsibility' ? - what his is refering to in the Unit 32 ?

If financial responsibilities mean managining monies and assets of a company in a productive and efficent manner, then "without financial reponsiblities" would mean tasks and responsibilities without managing monies and assets of the company.

eg

Human resources
Marketing
Advertising
Research
managing pool of motor vehicles
organising staff rotas
staff training
staff welfare
private seretary
and so on
