Does anyone know where i can obtain the project checklist form from? I hav googled it and can't find it anywhere..

    Think this is it

    1 Project Planning Form
    2 Project
    3 Student Records
    4 Unit Evidence Summary Form
    5 Knowledge and Understanding Questions
    6 Any feedback from the assessor (normally on pink sheets)
    7 Project Checklist
    8 Witness Testimony
    9 Word count of 4000 words
    10 Ensure it is not written in the first person
    11 Anybody not working needs to enclose the case study

    The list is more of an overview of what needs to be done before you send unit 10 off, I dont have a copy of the actual checklist form. sorry
